We’re building The Caregiver Hub app to give caregivers a central access point for documents, support systems, and government-funding processes, making it easy to secure the resources necessary for every child’s growth and well-being.

Stay supported and Organized with ease
All documents in one place
Finding dates for diagnosis, or IEP start dates, or notes can be challenging, especially when they aren't all in one place...until now. All documents, diagnosis paperwork, letters, IEPs, report cards, and any other document can be stored and accessed in the Caregiver Hub.
Take notes and remember things like a pro
Every day is a busy day and there is always a new challenge that jumps out of nowhere to surprise you. Be ready with the notes features in the Caregiver Hub. You can jot down notes about school or respite or about a doctors appointment and it automatically gets time and date stamped for later. You can also run a report for the month to review any notes from that month.
Easily export needed documents
Some social services applications require supporting documents like diagnosis, and doctors notes. You can export any documents you require inside the Caregiver Hub and send them. This feature allows you to quickly get supporting documents to those helping you access services.
